(December 10 2001)Long time no see eh? Here in the Bayou State we are getting ready for final exams. After this sucky week I will be free until mid-January. Also if you havent heard my LSU Tigers are going to the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans after beating Tennesse in the SEC Championship. So go rag on the Tenn Street Teamers by clicking on their banner in the links page. Ok, in T&N news: T&N will be unveiling a new ebsite design next month. It is supposed to be super-rad. Also the Nail has a couple new releases that you need to look out for such as Stavesacre "Collective", Slick Shoes "Self-Titled", Dogwood "Matt Aragon", and new BEC signing .Rod Laver "In a Perfect World." Those are the releases that I can remember right off hand. Check out the newest HM Magazine though to get reviews of all the latest music. Hopefully I will remember to scan some photos next week of a Five Iron and POD concert from the summer even though they arent T&N, I figure I would post them anyways. Also mad props to POD on their new record, it has already reached platinum status and they had a #1 video on MTV's TRL with "Alive." So support the boys and their cause. peace.
(October 25 2001)WOW! It has been a while since I have updated this page. The Streetteam is still going strong. Just in case you have not hear The Juliana Theory has signed with Epic Records so hopefully they can hit the bigtime soon. Be on the look out for them. Hopefully everyone is doing ok with school this fall or whatever you happen to be doing. I can't think of much else to add. So I am outta here for now.
(July 3 2001)Well the T&N Skate Party was last night and Tooth And Nail Day at Cornerstone was today. I am so sad that I am missing it all because I am taking a summer class so I can keep up in college. Furnace Fest in Birmingham,AL is coming up Aug 2-4 and I am hoping on going to that if I can take my final a day early I will so be there. I hope everyone is having fun at Cornerstone right now.
(May 30 2001)I went to Arlington,TX on Saturday night to see Stavesacre, Living Sacrifice, and Project86 at the Dreamworld Music Complex. The show was awesome! Too bad I didn't take a camera. I am going to see if I can get my friend Kevin to put some Cornerstone video that streetteamer Jeff Asher took at Cstone2k into avi format. Hopefully tripod will let me upload large files. Also, I just got a copy of the new STARFLYER 59 cd "Leave Here A Stranger" and all I have to say about it is "WOW." This deffinately ranks up there as one of my favorite SF59 discs. And a big thanks to the Street Team Queen Amanda for all the groovy SF59 goodies. You are the best!
(May 12 2001)I finished finals yesterday and I moved all my stuff home today. I am now a college sophmore. I will have LS pictures up as soon as I see my friend Jon Derousse because he has the pictures.
